Start with the Amazon Appstore where possible. If your chosen player is not listed and your Fire OS version supports sideloading, install only from the official app developer or a link provided by support.
Search the Amazon Appstore for a player first. If using Downloader, install Downloader from the Amazon Appstore before downloading any APK.
On supported Fire OS devices, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Install Unknown Apps, then allow only the installer app you trust. Turn the permission off after setup.
Open the IPTV player, choose Xtream Codes API, and enter the Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as shown in your activation email.
Wait for Live TV, VOD, series, and EPG to load. If the app shows a blank guide, refresh EPG in settings or contact support.
