We’ll use Downloader to sideload IPTV Smarters Pro.

Enable Unknown Apps: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Apps from Unknown Sources → ON.

Install Downloader: Home → Search → Downloader → Install.

Open Shortcode: Open Downloader and enter 633203 → Go.

Android Phone / Tablet / TV Box Setup

Use the Play Store version of IPTV Smarters Pro.

Open Google Play Store and install IPTV Smarters Pro.

Login with API and enter credentials exactly.

Sync & Watch: Channels/EPG load automatically.

iPhone / iPad / Apple TV Setup

We recommend GSE Smart IPTV.

Install GSE Smart IPTV from the App Store.

Xtream-Codes API: Menu (☰) → Xtream-Codes API → + Add.

Enter Playlist Name + Credentials → Add.

Windows & macOS Setup

Download the desktop version of IPTV Smarters.

Download & Install the correct OS build.

Login with API using your credentials.

Enjoy: Channels and VOD will sync.

MAG Box / STB Emulator Setup

Uses a Portal URL and your device’s MAC address.

Find MAC in device settings (format 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX).

Send MAC to Support after ordering → we’ll activate it.

Enter Portal URL we provide → Save.

Reboot Device → portal loads automatically.

Optimize Quality & Speed

Internet basics: 25 Mbps+ for 4K; prefer Ethernet or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
Player tuning: Try Exo/System player; toggle HW decoding; clear cache if stuttering.
EPG & VOD: Auto-update EPG daily; clear media cache if thumbnails stall.
Router hygiene: Reboot weekly; update firmware; reduce 2.4 GHz congestion.
VPN (optional): Helps avoid ISP throttling; pick a nearby fast server.
Device health: Close background apps; keep ≥10% storage free.

Troubleshooting

Buffering / Freezing

Test speed near the TV; aim 25 Mbps+.

Why are some channels buffering or freezing?

Check Wi-Fi signal/bandwidth, use Ethernet or 5 GHz, change the player engine, consider a VPN to reduce throttling.

My login details are not working. What should I do?

Use the exact case-sensitive Server URL, Username, and Password; re-add your user profile; contact support if it persists.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, but simultaneous streams require a plan with multiple connections. See Pricing.

What’s the difference between M3U Link and Xtream Codes API?

Xtream Codes API is recommended; it loads channels, VOD, and EPG automatically. M3U may not include EPG/VOD.

How do I get my EPG (TV Guide) to work?

If you logged in with Xtream Codes API, EPG should auto-load. Otherwise refresh EPG in app settings or ask support for an EPG URL.
