We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the time of activation. To request a refund within the window, contact support@xtremehdziptv.com. Refunds are not available for misuse, account sharing, or requests raised after the 7-day period.
6. Service Availability & Changes
Channel lineups, VOD libraries, quality, and features may change or vary by region and device. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for outages caused by ISPs, device faults, app stores, or third parties.
7. Devices & Accounts
Each plan specifies the allowed number of devices. Simultaneous use beyond your plan’s limit, or credential sharing, is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, and site content belong to Xtreme HD IPTV or their respective owners. You may not use our marks without written permission.
9. Legal & Content Rights
IPTV is a delivery technology; legality depends on content rights and local laws. You are responsible for complying with your jurisdiction’s laws. We do not grant rights to content beyond your personal viewing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the preceding subscription term.
